Return Window
We offer a 15-day return window starting from the day you receive your order. If you wish to initiate a return for any reason, please be sure to do so within this timeframe.
Eligibility Requirements
For a return to be valid, the product must be in the same condition in which you received it—unworn, unused, and still in its original packaging, with any tags intact. Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is also required. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns on orders exceeding $100.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please email us right away. Once an order has moved into processing, we can’t guarantee it can be canceled.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your items as soon as they arrive. If you find any damage, defects, or if you received an incorrect product, please get in touch immediately. We’ll work with you to fix the situation promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., flowers, food), personalized products (custom orders), certain personal care items (beauty or hygiene products), and any hazardous or flammable materials. We also cannot process returns for sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions about a specific product, feel free to reach out to us.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or product, the quickest approach is to return your original item and then place a new order once your return is accepted.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Customers in the European Union may cancel or return orders within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation. To be eligible, items must remain in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact, and you’ll need to provide proof of purchase.
Customs Clearance
We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures in the destination country. The timeline and release of packages are solely at the discretion of local customs authorities.
Refunds
Once we receive and evaluate your returned item, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll automatically receive the refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to finalize the refund. If you still haven’t seen your refund after 15 business days from the date of approval, please email us at support@parkerandfinch.com.
